We have an opportunity for a Business Analyst.
Job Summary
The Business Analyst will play a critical role in managing and optimizing data and business processes across key enterprise systems. This position assists in loading and reporting customer data files into Salesforce.com to ensure accurate and timely information for business operations. Additionally, the Business Analyst will assist in developing, documenting, and improving business processes related to ERP systems, supporting the organization’s transition from Microsoft Dynamics to SAP. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
Responsibilities
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Load, validate, and maintain customer data in Salesforce.com
- Manage recurring file uploads, perform data hygiene (deduplication, normalization), and ensure adherence to data governance and security standards.
- Develop and deliver Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Build actionable analytics for Sales, Customer Success, and Operations; monitor data quality, completeness, and timeliness.
- Design, document, and optimize ERP business processes.
- Map current-state (Microsoft Dynamics) processes and define future-state (SAP) workflows, controls, and handoffs across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report.
- Participate in transitioning activities from Microsoft Dynamics to SAP
- Coordinate requirements, data migration rules, functional testing (SIT/UAT), cutover readiness, and post-go-live stabilization in partnership with IT and functional owners.
- Create and maintain high-quality process and system documentation.
- Produce SOPs, swimlane diagrams, data dictionaries, and change logs; ensure version control and accessibility in central repositories.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT to translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Enable users through training and support
- Develop training materials, conduct workshops, and provide Tier-1/Tier-2 support for Salesforce data processes and new SAP workflows.
Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business, marketing, or financial analysis.
- Coursework or certifications in Salesforce Administration, ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics), or Business Process Management is preferred.
- Additional certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Salesforce Certified Administrator are a plus.
SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Data Management & Analysis
- Ability to handle large datasets, ensure data integrity, and generate actionable insights using tools like Salesforce reports and Excel.
- ERP Systems Expertise
- Familiarity with ERP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics and SAP), including process mapping, configuration understanding, and transition support.
- Business Process Documentation
- Strong skills in creating clear, detailed process flows, SOPs, and technical documentation for cross-functional teams.
- Communication & Collaboration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT.

Starting at approximately $62,000.00 USD with opportunity for increase based on qualifications and experience. Total rewards include comprehensive benefits, bonus eligibility, and professional development support.
