Description de la mission

The System Integration Analyst / Coordinator is responsible to contribute to the delivery of System Integration projects for the Septodont global group – projects where we design and build the integration processes between our business systems to enable process digitalization and master data synchronization.  This role participates as a stream lead on business programs like our ERP transformation, and Life Science Suite implementation, and guides the scope, resourcing, dependencies, schedule planning and then project execution phase for these integrations. 

We are seeking a candidate to reside at our Paris, France office location, and would be expected to collaborate remotely with the IT system integrations and data team members in Canada and France, and other Septodont operating countries.

This role is based in Septodont’s global Information Technology department, and reports to the IT Director, Data & Analytics (located in Canada).

Primary duties and responsabilities :

  • Coordinate the project planning for new system integrations, as part of ERP or Life Science Suite implementation programs, working with those program teams and project managers.
  • Collaborate with our internal system integration developers, as well as external developer partner resources (when needed) to scope and plan the functional process design, integration development & testing schedules, including all dependencies and hand-offs.  Help promote and drive efficient approaches and methods.
  • Facilitate with our internal business partners to drive and document clear integration requirements definitions, including data field mappings and technical/business process expectations; coordinate the business process owners and subject-experts as well as the source & target system owners to align on a common requirement; own the functional specifications document for new integrations, contributing content directly and through facilitation of requirements & design analysis among the stakeholders (e.g., process flows, data field mappings, etc.).
  • Act as a member and advocate of Septodont’s IT iPaaS Hub team, including responsibilities for iPaaS related project portfolio/roadmap, and communications of our operational state, capacity, etc. together with our team; help foster the iPaaS Hub Team & related business user/support community at Septodont.
  • Optionally liaise with iPaaS vendor for tool roadmap, platform & feature awareness, training, & project/development methods/approaches.
  • Partner with Data Quality Analyst, Business Analysts and system/data owners globally to understand opportunities and limitations related to data management; propose improvement recommendations based on IT system, data structure, process and integration perspectives – leading to new ideas for future system integrations to put in our roadmap.

 

Profil

Education :

  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or relevant field, or a 3 year college diploma in Computer Science or Business.

Experience & skills :

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in an IT Business/Data or Technical Analyst, System Integration Analyst or hands-on Project Manager / Coordinator role, with at least 3 years specific to ERP/CRM or related business systems implementations and minimum of 2 years specific to Systems Integration project delivery.
  • Preferred if have 2+ years of Individual Contributor experience (in roles like Integration Analyst, or Business Analyst or similar) on Systems Integrations projects.
  • Have been part of project teams that built systems integrations for core business processes like Financial, Sales, Supply Chain, Distribution, and Customer Analysis, as well as Manufacturing, Production and Quality; familiar with the business process steps and data structures common to these areas, as well as business ERP and CRM systems like SAP S4/HANA, Salesforce.com and their related system integration mechanisms (APIs).
  • Detailed knowledge of at least one ERP business process (e.g., order-to-cash, inspect-to-release, procure-to-pay), and ability to navigate an ERP to lookup data records, understand data fields and relationships (to support of your functional design and test deliverables).
  • Knowledge and hands-on application of system integration design patterns, frameworks, error-handling and resiliency techniques, as well as data management processes and data quality / enrichment techniques.
  • Expertise in IT project management and leadership / coordination, including methods and practices, ideally for system integration projects.
  • Strong communication and project delivery skills, with ability to interact directly with stakeholders across business units and accountability levels to drive through the many dependencies that occur on these types of projects (requirements definition, test data scenarios, environment readiness and access, etc.).
