Job Summary

This role will lead the marketing function for Septodont in India.

DIMENSION OF JOB                                          

Internal Interface: Local & Regional Sales, Global Marketing, Regional Leadership                               

External Interface: Dentist’s, KOL, Dental Association

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

Strategic:

Ø  Market Analysis - Compiling market and competitor data to arrive at market size and market shares.

Ø  Creating Marketing Road map (mid – long term) Where to Play / How to Play

Ø  Project Pipeline along with new launches / products with an appropriate plan of the life cycle of the product.

 

Functional & Operational:

Ø  To deliver marketing plans to achieve quarterly and annual budgets.

Ø  Responsible for the successful implementation of strategies to augment sales and gross profits.

Ø  To plan & maintain the marketing cost within budget parameters.

Ø  Market interface - At least 6 days per month in the field to understand the market pulse and develop KOLs.

Ø  Collaborating with Sales Leaders to conduct appropriate trade shows, CDE programs, and workshops.

Ø  Product Training for the Sales team.

Ø  Using Digital Platforms to increase market reach.

Ø  Branding Septodont as ‘Preferred partner by Choice’.
