We are expanding and hiring full-time Component Prep (Production) Operators for the following shifts:

  • Afternoons
  • Nights
  • Weekend Days
  • Weekend Nights

Responsibilities

As a Component Prep Operator, you will:

  • Follow SOPs for component preparation, inspect and label filled cartridges, and perform line clearance and cleaning.
  • Maintain Inspection Certification, ensure GMP and regulatory compliance, and uphold safety guidelines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve efficiency, report equipment issues, and complete necessary documentation like Batch Records and logbooks.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • 1 year of manufacturing experience (packaging, labeling, machine operation)
  • Experience in regulated environments (food, cosmetics, pharma) is a plus
  • High school diploma
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Attention to detail and good personal hygiene
  • Comfortable with PPE (masks, safety glasses, gloves, hair nets, gowns)
  • Positive work history with good attendance
