Job Summary

Work Location: Taloja MIDC, Navi-Mumbai, Maharashtra

This role will manage the activities of procurement, vendor selection& validation. Also, support in audit and documentation. 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning & implementing procurement strategies.
  • Responsible for managing supplier relationships and negotiating prices, contracts with key suppliers at a senior and strategic level – Domestic & Import.
  • Vendor's identification and development which includes negotiation, development of blanket agreement with supplier and engage in all aspects of contract management.
  • Issuance of purchase order to supplier and receipt of order confirmation from supplier.
  • Close collaboration with Septodont Subsidiaries / internal departments to match requirements (both quality & specification) and delivery schedules,
    Ensure effective implementation of ISO standards and efficient handling of audit activities.
  • Data management & analysis for data driven decision making.

Qualifications

  • Graduation in Pharma, Science.
  • MBA will be an additional advantge
  • Strong hands-on experience of using MS Office and Tally.
  • Stong communication and negotiation Skills.
  • Stakeholders' management.
  • Knowledge of ISO and similar standards
